Simplicity

scratch that...i LOVE simple.

Everything from:

- a pb&j sandwich

-the warmth of clothes straight from the dryer

-sharing a smile with a stranger

-the smell of fresh cut grass

-a cup of tea& a good book

-dancing around my room and in the rain

-a hot shower

-laughing

-holding hands

-kisses

-a soft breeze

-laughing

-riding bikes

-feeling the wind in your hair

- the feeling you get when you help someone

I could go on all day about the simple things in life i love. Sometimes i find myself wanting more & I forget things like these are worth living for...

Its December already!

Can you believe it? December is here already...it felt like only yesterday i was excited for Autumn! It doesn't feel like it is going to be winter, but that could also be because i live in Southern California where really..there is no winter! I don't think I've ever experienced a real winter because when i think of winter, i think snow...and sadly, i have yet to see, touch or play in it! 18 years and no sight of snow..i know i know i am a deprived child! BLAME MY MOM! So I declared right here and right now, that my goal for this winter, is to go to the snow!

It has to happen! I'll make it happen!

Free your mind

so today try not to believe those pesky little thoughts bringing you down that your mind creates. Just say to your thoughts, " Hey, i recognize you are there but i am not going to believe you."

lazy day

Today was a definitely one of those lazy days. I found myself rolling outta bed at noon and not straying far from my comfy bed all day! I got to do a good amount of relaxing like drinking tea, reading a good book and attempting to study but the day isn't over yet. There is still some good shows to watch and a bubble bath waiting.

A quick recap of my weekend!

Well, it is Sunday once again! I swear i can't keep track of the days anymore, they go by way too fast! Especially the weekend! I have been pretty busy with school during the week so I TRY to get a blog in at least a few times a week! TRY is the key word here haha.

Anyway, this weekend, I hung out with the girls the majority of the time, which is something I haven't done in awhile! Nothing too fancy just the usual "hanging out." But it never ceases to entertain me! Then of course, I hung out with Tyler! We took some bus rides, had a few fun little adventures to the mall and randomly decided to do some squats while at the park...weird and maybe slightly awkward looking but hey thats us!

and now its Sunday, which is sadly almost coming to an end but it was a great day to rest and catch up on my chores!
